  • EMS Express services : US$ 30.00

We ship to all destinations.
If you are in  AFRICA, ITALY, SPAIN or FRANCE or other countries with different standard mail services,
please be awared that the mail may be very slow! (due to its postage service).
Please be patient, sometimes takes upto 4 or more weeks for delivery. Recommend use EMS express service

US Customers- the United States Postal Service handles Registered Air Mail as "Certified Mail with Delivery Confirmation".

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
** Please kindly check the lenses from the bottom of the bottle before you open it. **

We do not accept return & replace for reasons:

  • Dislike the color.
  • Exchange to other prescripton,brands/color.
  • Order wrongly for the color and or prescription.

Items received within 7 days are returnable or exchangeable if and ONLY if:

  • Circle lens was torn or broken in the original SEALED vial bottle. No exceptions
  • Circle lens was expired in the original SEALED vial bottle. No exceptions 
  • We may even required photos to prove of product, If the circle lens shown any sign of used we will NOT exchange nor return. 
  • All our lens from the manufactures have a good quality control.  Always double check your circle lens before opening. 
  • Korea Bigeyes reserves the rights not to return any products after the 7 days as well if the product has already been used.


Shipping Policy

 

  • If you find the need to make any changes to your order, please inform us immediately. After the package is shipped, changes or cancelation cannot be done.
  • Please contact us in the period of 28 to 35 days from dispatched if you don't get your item(s). Otherwise, we would assume that the item(s) has been received.
  • We will not be responsible for the cost of any item loss under the third party (Postal services). If you want fast and safe shipping, please choose EMS. However, we will submit the document and try our best to track the lost item for you.

Question & Answer

Q : Are goods sold refundable / exchangeable?
A : No. Goods sold cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Q : What if my parcel is returned to KoreaBigEyes?
A : There are possibilities for the above cases.

  • Parcel could not be delivered due to wrong address / undeliverable address.
  • No one pick-up at post office for 2 weeks after notice given (For DHL Global Mail Service)
  • Un-contactable via phone or email during delivering period.

Once the parcel has been returned to KoreaBigEyes, we are regret to inform you that shipping cost is DOUBLED of the initial amount and we will assign the charges to your account accordingly. If you would like to have the parcel back, you will have to pay for the amount due before the parcel is shipped again.

To avoid the disappointment above, please double check your shipping address when making your purchase and please confirm there is someone to pick the parcel up at the given address. Or else, you can always assign the products to deliver to your office or school.  To avoid any possibilities of parcel returned, you are advised to check the shipping status as frequent as possible.
